Contributions to Rivas for Assembly 2026 are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes. The Committee may accept up to $5,900 per election from individuals, businesses, labor organizations and PACs, and up to $11,800 from registered small contributor committees.
Contributions must be made from the donors’ own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions from foreign nationals who lack permanent residence in the United States are prohibited.
